INTEGRYN was founded by Matthew Picton, a senior chassis and vehicle attributes leader with experience across premium, low-volume and specialist vehicle development programmes.
Matthew has led chassis systems, driven attributes and cross-functional engineering teams covering vehicle dynamics, braking, steering, suspension, tuneables, driveline, thermal systems and vehicle motion control. His background spans concept definition, development planning, prototype evaluation, validation, sign-off and engineering programme delivery.
INTEGRYN brings that experience together with a focus on organisational performance — helping engineering businesses improve how decisions are made, how teams align, and how complex technical work is delivered.
